Shipping and handling charges are calculated at the end of the ordering process based on the shipping option you choose. We cannot ship to a PO Box. If you choose a specific date for your order to arrive, we make every attempt to accommodate your request. If no specific date is chosen, we make your order and ship it as quickly as possible. We take as much care shipping your order as we do preparing it.

Your satisfaction is our ultimate concern. In fact, our goal is to consistently exceed your expectations. To that end, if a gift is not totally satisfactory to you for any reason, we hope that you will call us immediately so that we can make things right.
If you need assistance with an order you placed or received, please email us and include your Order number, Name, Phone number and an explanation of the problem. We will contact you within 1-2 business days.
Damaged: Refunds or replacements will be given if your order comes damaged. Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of package. All packaging must be kept in case the shipping company needs to inspect the package.
Late Delivery: Weather related delays (as per shipping company records) are not guaranteed.
Wrong Addresses: Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed.
Perishables: By law, food items and perishables cannot be returned.
